Dress Code Policy
Sperry's honors a business casual dress code in order to maintain an enjoyable environment for all guests. Thank you in advance for following these guidelines:
- For gentlemen, full length pants, jeans or dress shorts are required. Closed-toe shoes and shirts with sleeves are required. Button down shirts with or without jackets are recommended.
- For Ladies: Dressy tops, dresses, blouses, or sweaters paired with skirts, dress shorts, or slacks are appropriate.
- We ask that all guests remove ball caps and beanies while in the building. Other more formal head attire such as cowboy hats and fedoras are allowed.
- Clothing should not exhibit offensive language or graphics, or reveal exposed undergarments. Casual items such as crop tops, distressed denim, or workout attire are not permitted.
Sperry's management reserves the right to update the Dress Code Policy at any time, make discretionary exceptions as appropriate, and refuse service to patrons who we deem are not appropriately dressed.
Check Policies:
$5 split entrées. 20% gratuity added to parties of 7 or more. No separate checks on parties of 7 or more.
Corkage Fee: $25 per bottle.

Cake Policy:
Guests are welcome to bring their own cake for celebrations.
A $25 cake cutting fee applies to all outside cakes and includes cutting and serving the cake to your party.
Please note that outside desserts are limited to cakes brought in for special celebrations.

Other Policies:
Balloons are ONLY allowed in Private Dining Rooms. They are NOT allowed in the main dining room.
- Marijuana and Vaping – Guests who emit marijuana odors or are vaping on-premise will be asked to leave.
- Behavior Policy — Loud and disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
- Distractions — Please limit distractions that may interrupt the dining experience of others, including disruptive behaviors, crying children, flash photography/videography and audible technologies.

Holiday Reservation Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
To make a reservation on holidays, a credit card is required. We kindly ask for cancellations or modifications to be made at least 48 hours prior to your reservation time. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, a fee of $50 per person will be charged to the credit card on file. Please note that your table will be held for a 15-minute grace period from your reservation time. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you.
